Mercedes-Benz Australia is a well-known wholesaler and importer of high-quality vehicles. They approached MBA loyalty program providers in Australia because they wanted to develop a rewards program for a closed user group to strengthen customer relationships, communication, and loyalty.


The challenge

Mercedes-Benz wanted to create a completely new experience for loyal customers. They wanted to stand out against the competition with a premium rewards program that lived up to the Mercedes-Benz name, brand, and reputation.


Our solution

Member Benefits Australia partnered with Mercedes-Benz to develop and deliver a 100 per cent white-label service for their customers. The program strategy and appearance are fully customised with their branding from visual expression to the fonts we used. Their program includes its own dedicated phone number and email for customer support, as well as custom IT integration and data flows.


We designed custom member journeys for this customer loyalty rewards program, with everything tailored to build brand loyalty, maintain communication with customers between purchases, and encourage future purchases with Mercedes-Benz. Their team enjoys full end-to-end program operation with easy maintenance of portal, offers, marketing assets, customer services, and supplier relationships.
